Type: Oil extraction in AZAD double chamber oil expeller by high pressure system to extract more oil leaving 6-8% oil approx. in the cake, producing fine color in the oil and high protein contents in the cake.

Body: Main body and Cone body are of good quality heavy duty Cast Iron. Centre body of fabricated thick steel plates fitted on the steel base plate. Double reduction oil immersed gear box and machined accurately by horizontal boring machine for perfect centre of gear shafts and alignment of bodies for smooth, noiseless and even pressure running ofgears.

Bed : The Bed is fabricated from heavy duty channels and plates, fully welded and properly machines to ensure perfect stability, alignment and facilitating erection on proper foundation.

Gears: Helical hobbing machine cut heavy duty, tested steel gears, duly case hardened to ensure longer life. With both the ends of gear shaft mounted on heavy duty ball bearings to give a very smooth and silent running. The gears are lubricated with high viscosity and high temperature resisting grease and need no further lubrication as they are totally enclosed in a dust proof and oil tight drive housing, fitted with oil level indicator.

Chamber: Open type cage of heavy steel plates fitted with case hardened cage bars and clamped with heavy duty clamping bars.

Worms: The feeding and discharge worms are made of tested high quality steel and are given superb case hardening for best performance and long life.

Shafts: Main worm shaft and both the driving shafts (intermediated & side) are made of tested high tensile steel bars and machined accurately and given superb finish. Clockwise standard rotation facing the pulley.

Bearings: Ball, Roller and heavy duty Thrust bearings are fitted in the machine to ensure light and smooth operation.

Feeding System: The feeding system of the seeds is by agitator which rotates in the long/round steam kettle of deep groove type, which preheats and cooks the seeds. This is connected with the hopper to the inlet of the chamber for giving better oinieId.

Discharge: The machine is fitted with extra heavy duty manual adjustable discharge orifice made of tested steel duly case System carburized for good quality of oil cake.

Steam: All the oil expellers are fitted with a 2.5 meter long deep groove type steam heating kettle for precooking of the oil seeds to give better oil yield and maximum extraction of oil in single operation by high pressure system. The steam required for a long steam heating kettle at a pressure 2 kg/Cm.sq. to 3.5 kg/Cm.sq. (30 to 50 Lb/lnch.sq.).

Long/round cooking kettles are made by seamed wielding of tested steel plates and are hydraulically tested upto 100 LBS before supply.
